怎么能让吸干机的运行效率最大化

     我们都知道当吸干机(吸附式干燥机)在规定工況下运行时,其效率将会得到最大程度的发挥。只要用户依据自身的处理气量与需求,选择相适应的配套干燥器,就可获得所需品质要求的干燥空气。

      但是,如果运行条件与额定工况相差甚远而又不采取相应措施,将会影响设备的正常运行,降低工作效率,严重时甚至无法获得所需品质产品气,并影响设备的使用寿命。吸附式干燥机在正常运行时,影响颇大而又容易被忽视的因素有以下几点:

1、进气温度

进入吸附式干燥机的压缩空气为具有一定温度的饱和空气。同等压力条件下,温度每提高5℃,饱和含水量增加30%左右,也即进入吸附式干燥机的湿度负荷增加30%左右;

再生气量
Regeneration gas
在吸干机运行过程中不能随意调节再生气量。另外,对加热再生干燥机而言,再生气瞬时流量不可过小,否则会降低作为热载体的再生气传热效率,造成局部过热而大部无热,破坏吸附剂结构与性能,同时流量过小会使流速过低,易形成因气流穿越吸附层短路而形成“遂道效应”而导致无法均匀传热与有效解吸。
