冷冻式干燥机不工作了怎么办

一、故障现象:干燥机不运行 First, the failure phenomenon: dryer does not run 压缩机线路断开,保险丝烧断,热继电器动作,高压开关动作,压缩机堵转,线路虚接或松动 The compressor circuit is disconnected, the fuse is broken, the thermal relay action, the high voltage switch action, the compressor is locked, the line is connected or loose
一、故障现象:干燥机不运行
First, the failure phenomenon: dryer does not run
压缩机线路断开,保险丝烧断,热继电器动作,高压开关动作,压缩机堵转,线路虚接或松动
The compressor circuit is disconnected, the fuse is broken, the thermal relay action, the high voltage switch action, the compressor is locked, the line is connected or loose
二、故障现象:干在即启动后短时间内即停止

环境温度过高,冷凝器堵塞,压缩机过载,缺少制冷剂,低压太低,进气量过大,压缩机卡死
Ambient temperature is too high, condenser plug, compressor overload, lack of refrigerant, low pressure is too low, too much intake, compressor stuck
三、故障现象:压缩机不启动

接线不正确,电压过低,启动电容器损坏,继电器或接触器不闭合,启动绕组开路,缺相
The connection is not correct, the voltage is too low, the starting capacitor is damaged, the relay or contactor is not closed, the starting winding is open, the phase is short

四、故障现象:压缩机因过载保护动作而反复启停

低电压或三相不平衡,过载保护器上接有其它电气设备,过载保护器失灵,运转电热器太小,排气压力过高,绕组间短路,热继电器触点粘牢
Low voltage or three-phase unbalance, overload protection device is connected with other electrical equipment, overload protection device failure, operation of electric heater is too small, the exhaust pressure is too high, winding short circuit, thermal relay contact cement
五、故障现象:继电器烧坏
Five, fault phenomenon: relay burned out
电压过高或过低。运行电容器不正确,反复启停,继电器规格不符,安装座不正确
Too high or too low voltage. The running capacitor is not correct, the starting and stopping repeatedly, the specification of the relay does not match, the mounting seat is not correct
六、故障现象:电容器烧坏
Six, fault phenomenon: capacitor burned
规格不匹配,电压过高
Specifications do not match, the voltage is too high
七、故障现象:排气压力过高
Seven, failure phenomenon: exhaust pressure is too high
制冷剂量过多,制冷系统中有空气,冷凝器脏了,环境温度太高,风扇压力开关有故障,风扇电机故障,风扇旋转方向不正确,冷却水流量调节阀故障
Too much refrigerant, refrigeration system in the air, the condenser is dirty, the ambient temperature is too high, the fan pressure switch is faulty, fan motor failure, fan rotation is not correct, cooling water flow control valve failure
八、故障现象:排气压力太低
